RETURNS INFORMATION – TRADE / B2B CUSTOMERS:

This policy applies to all wholesale and trade orders, including blank garments, customised merchandise, printed or embroidered products, and goods manufactured or made to order. All orders are supplied on a business-to-business basis.

NO SALE OR RETURN

We do not operate a sale-or-return policy.

All sales are final unless goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or we agree in writing to accept a return at our discretion.

If you have ordered the wrong size, colour, style or quantity, have over-ordered, or simply no longer require the goods, we are under no obligation to accept them back.

Customised, decorated, personalised and made-to-order goods are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a confirmed fault or do not conform to the agreed order specification.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Any request to return non-faulty goods must be made by email to sales@missiclothing.com within 2 working days of receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Your order or invoice number

  • Company or customer name

  • Product style or code

  • Colour and size

  • Quantity being returned

  • Reason for the return

Goods must not be returned until written return authorisation has been provided by us. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Once authorised, goods must be returned within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NON-FAULTY WHOLESALE BLANKS

Where we agree to accept the return of correctly supplied, non-faulty blank garments or products, the return is accepted entirely at our discretion.

A restocking and handling charge of up to 25% of the value of the returned goods may be deducted from the refund or credit. This reflects charges that may be imposed on us by our wholesale suppliers for accepting returned stock.

The customer is also responsible for all return or collection carriage charges associated with the return.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for non-faulty returns.

Goods must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undecorated and unprinted

  • Not embroidered

  • Not relabelled or altered in any way

  • With all original tags and documentation

  • In their original, undamaged packaging

  • In a condition suitable for resale

We reserve the right to refuse any returned goods that do not meet these conditions or that our supplier will not accept back.

Certain products, including customised, decorated, personalised, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, discontinued, seasonal, hygiene-sensitive or non-stock items, are not eligible for non-faulty return.

CUSTOMISED, PRINTED AND EMBROIDERED MERCHANDISE

Any product that has been printed, embroidered, transferred, engraved, relabelled, altered, personalised or otherwise customised for the customer is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless it has a confirmed production fault or has been supplied incorrectly against the approved order.

Customers must check and approve all relevant details before production, including:

  • Artwork

  • Spelling

  • Colours

  • Garment style

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Decoration method

  • Print or embroidery placement

An error or detail shown in an artwork proof or order specification approved by the customer will not normally be treated as a production fault.

Once materials have been ordered or production has started, an order cannot normally be cancelled or changed.

Any cancellation or change that we agree to will be subject to the cost of work already completed, materials purchased and any other costs incurred.

MANUFACTURED AND MADE-TO-ORDER GOODS

Products manufactured from scratch, made to a customer’s specification, or specially sourced for an order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a confirmed manufacturing fault or materially differ from the written specification, approved sample or approved order.

Minor differences that fall within normal garment-manufacturing tolerances will not normally be regarded as faults. These may include reasonable variations in:

  • Garment measurements

  • Construction

  • Finish

  • Fabric character

  • Fabric weight

  • Colour or shade

Customers must approve specifications, size charts, samples and other production details where requested.

Once fabric, trims or other materials have been ordered, or production has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled or amended without charge.

COLOUR ACCURACY AND PRODUCT VARIATION

Colours shown on websites, digital proofs, photographs, screens and printed paperwork are approximate.

Colour appearance can vary due to factors including:

  • Screen and device settings

  • Photography and lighting

  • Fabric composition

  • Garment base colour

  • Printing or decoration method

  • Fabric dye lots

  • Garment production batches

  • Print runs

  • Embroidery thread batches

Slight shade variations may occur between different garments, production batches, fabric dye lots, print runs and embroidery threads.

A reasonable colour or shade variation within normal production tolerances will not normally be considered a fault.

An exact colour match cannot be guaranteed unless this has been specifically agreed in writing and approved against a physical sample or another agreed colour standard before production.

This does not exclude a claim where the supplied colour is materially different from the agreed specification.

RETURN CARRIAGE

For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return unless we agree to arrange collection.

Where we arrange collection, any courier or supplier collection charge incurred by us may be deducted from the refund or credit.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been received and accepted at the nominated return address.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged while being returned by a customer or their courier.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

Customers should inspect all goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and before printing, embroidery, relabelling, resale, washing, use or any other alteration is carried out.

Visible damage, shortages, incorrect items or obvious manufacturing faults should be reported to sales@missiclothing.com within 2 working days of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • Your order or invoice number

  • Product details

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the fault, damage or incorrect item

Where a manufacturing fault could not reasonably have been identified during the initial inspection, please notify us as soon as the fault becomes apparent.

Restocking charges do not apply where goods are confirmed by us as faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.

Please do not return allegedly faulty goods without first obtaining written authorisation from us.

INSPECTION BEFORE DECORATION OR USE

Customers are responsible for checking garments and products for size, colour, style, quantity and visible defects before carrying out printing, embroidery, heat transfer, relabelling, washing or any other alteration.

Goods that have been decorated, worn, washed, relabelled or otherwise altered cannot normally be accepted for return where the issue could reasonably have been identified before the alteration was carried out.

This does not exclude claims relating to genuine latent manufacturing defects that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.

SHOWROOM PURCHASES

Wholesale goods purchased or collected from our showroom are final sale unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, or we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

All returned goods are subject to inspection before a refund or credit is approved.

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Trade account customers may instead receive an account credit or credit note where appropriate.

We do not guarantee that replacement stock will be available. Where a faulty item is accepted, we will normally issue a refund or credit for the affected goods.

Once a refund has been processed by us, please allow up to 7 working days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in a business-to-business contract.
