20% Vat is only charged to UK customers.
Customers from outside of the UK will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods.
We offer same day shipping if the order has been paid for by 15:00pm Monday-Thursday for UK and EU and 12:00pm for USA.

We only sell in ratio packs which are usually 6pieces. A full breakdown of sizes is given on each styles product information.
Our MOQs vary depending on the product. Some items are sold in packs, while most styles have a minimum order quantity of 6 pieces, allowing you to mix sizes and colors per style. This ensures flexibility while maintaining our wholesale pricing.
We do not sell samples individually.

Yes, you can use the pictures of any product you have bought from us.
Pictures should be used ONLY for re-selling of the product and not for Marketing / Advertising/ Promotional activities outside your own retail shop or website.

No we do not offer drop shipping. We only sell wholesale so all stock purchased is shipped directly to the buyer for them to dispatch to their customers.

Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving goods by emailing sales@missiclothing.com. Approved returns should be sent back within 7 days in original packaging. Customers cover return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Faulty items will be refunded, but exchanges are not available.
