When you purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Where is my data stored?
We use email-marketing platform “ Mailchimp” to send our newsletters. If you have opted-in to receive marketing emails, your email address, contact name, and business name is also stored on Mailchimp secure servers in the U.S.A managed by Rocket Science Group LLC. MailChimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S Privacy Shield Framework. Their Privacy Policy can be seen on mailchimp.com
We use UPS, FedEx, DPD and Parcel force to send your orders. When you place an order, we print shipping labels through their respective platforms, therefore, your delivery address related data is stored on their respective platforms. We store your Name, Business Name, Contact Number, Email Address and Delivery Address. Their privacy policy can be seen online on their websites.
Payment:
If you choose to pay by PayPal or Credit Card, then Braintree stores your credit card data. Braintree is a service of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. registered office in L-1150 Luxembourg. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. During check out process, it appears as you are entering your card details on our web page, however; it is in fact entered directly on payment gateway page and is not stored by our own server.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
